Personal data we collect
When you submit an enquiry or register for a webinar or guide, we collect the details you provide: name, company, work email, phone number, city, company size, area of interest and your message. Our DPDP Readiness Scorecard runs in your browser; your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to share your score with us.
Why we use it
We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, provide the information or service you requested, and—where you have agreed—send relevant updates. We do not sell personal data.
Consent and your rights
We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by emailing info@peritassol.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required by law to retain it.
Security
We protect personal data with reasonable security safeguards, including access control, encryption in transit and secure hosting.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to enquiries (for example, hosting and email providers), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where required by law.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. If analytics are added, this notice will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested.
